Delivery
At Coco Ribbon we make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you beautifully, quickly and safely.
The majority of our deliveries come in either our beautiful Coco Ribbon chocolate brown bag with turquoise tissue or our signature chocolate envelope*.
* unless items purchased are very small, very large or a sale item
Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided:
- The item you have chosen is in stock
- The delivery address has been verified
- Payment has been approved
Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses with some packages, depending on their value, requiring a signature on receipt of delivery.
We therefore recommend you have your goods shipped to a location with people in attendance Monday to Friday working hours. It is customary for the dispatch companies we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case.
DELIVERY WITHIN THE
Standard delivery is 2 - 3 working days and calculated based on the weight of your order which can vary from £3.50 to £9.95. Delivery of some fashion garments however may take longer so if, for example, you require a dress by a certain date please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you within your specified time-frame.
All orders are processed during working hours Monday to Friday so please allow the specified number of working days from placing your order to receipt of delivery. For example if you order on Friday at 1pm deliveries will be made on Tuesday not Monday.
EU AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We have been shipping worldwide since the launch of our website in 2005.
Depending on your location, international delivery takes between 3 -10 working days. A signature is required upon receipt. If you are based in Australia, Asia or the Southern Hemisphere you may prefer to order from our Australian dollar site www.cocoribbon.com.au

Please note: cocoribbon.com is unable to calculate local customs and sales taxes for any international deliveries. Depending on the value of what you order you may be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country. They may calculate the total amount of customs and sales tax which may need to be paid by you before you receive your goods. This is usually if an order is over £1000 but it could also apply if your order is less.
GIFT WRAP WITH BOXES, RIBBON AND GIFT TAG
If your item is a gift we recommend you choose to have your item(s) gift wrapped in our beautiful chocolate brown and turquoise packaging. In most cases (unless the item is too large) our gift wrap consists of one of our beautiful signature chocolate brown box tied with our gros grain ribbon along with a gift tag on gold thread. The price of gift wrapping is £3.50 per box and £0.95 if you would like us to write on either the swing card or a card you have purchased. If you would like more than one item gift wrapped please select the number at check-out and which items you have purchased are to be included in which boxes. You can type this information in the comments box at check-out. Please note that due to the time and cost of gift wrapping a nominal charge will be made if gift wrapped purchases are returned.

MAKING RETURNS SIMPLE
Customer service is of premier importance to us at Coco Ribbon. Your confidence in us and the service we provide is our number one priority. We believe our returns policy is fair and open, however, there are some stipulations that we make in the interest of efficiency:

Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customers should notify us by email on the same day if they wish to return. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.

delivery charges whether they be within the

Coco Ribbon cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed when being returned and it is advised that returned items are sent via registered and signed for post to ensure there is proof of delivery.
EXCHANGES
In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability and shipping costs for returning items will not be refunded unless the exchange was due to the wrong item being sent out. We will do our best to exchange an item for a different size, style, and colour subject to stock availability. All exchange enquiries can be made by contacting thegirls@cocoribbon.com with EXCHANGE in the subject heading. Exchanged items will be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Any additional returns for exchange will not be reimbursed unless an error has been made by Coco Ribbon.
HOW DO I PROCEED WITH MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
1. Please email us at thegirls@cocoribbon.com to advise that you would like to make a return or exchange. In your subject heading please state whether you are claiming for a RETURN or EXCHANGE and type in your ORDER # which is the four digit number at the top of the receipt you received with your order.
2. Follow the instructions which would have come with your invoice and receipt. Detach the bottom half of your Returns claim form and fill in the necessary information. Circle whether you would like to make a return or exchange and state the desired item(s), size, colour etc. Exchanges will be subject to stock availability.
3. Securely wrap and package the item with the completed form and send registered post to the address below:

We recommend that you send all items insured and/or registered as we cannot take responsibility for packages which we do not ship ourselves.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?
Once your package has been returned to us within the timeframe stated above (otherwise at the discretion of Coco Ribbon) we will process your refund request. Each item will undergo a quality control check and once verified your refund will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase was made within 48 hours of your goods being returned. We will send you notification of this refund once it is All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card excluding the original shipping and gift wrap charges if relevant.
You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Coco Ribbon.
Please note: If we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss this. Coco Ribbon reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Coco Ribbon cannot accept returns or exchange goods for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or with tags removed.
A refund or exchange will not be issued for items which fail to meet our standards set forth above.

If someone has sent you a
special gift from Coco Ribbon but it wasn’t quite right, then you can return it
in exchange for a CocoRibbon.com credit note. In the event of a gift return, we
